Steady state optimization of high pressure network

The program determines the optimal network structure, i.e., the number of compressor stations, which should work to complete a specific transportation task, and then sets the values of the suction pressure, discharge pressure and flow for each compressor station, which fulfill the operational constraints while minimizing objective function expressed by the cost of gas transportation.
